Behind the Name

Antelope Creek is more than a name, it is the foundation of not only our lifestyle, but also our desire for all aspects that land has to offer. This is the creek I was raised learning to explore, work, and recreate on. It helped to instill my deepest passion for nature, wildlife and agriculture. This led to the desire to develop and manage land not only for myself but for others.

Keeping it Local and Giving Back

When you choose to work with Antelope Creek Land Company, you are working with a locally owned and operated business in Yankton, South Dakota. When you work with us, 100% of your money stays local and is spent in local communities, rather than being sent out of state when you use a big national company. We are vested in all our surrounding communities. A portion of every sale will go back into the local community through a donation to a family, church, school, or organization.

About Brett Kleinschmit

They say that if you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life. Fortunately, I've been one of the lucky ones to find that career and that business that I truly do love what I do. It's my passion, it's my lifestyle, and I feel no matter what path I've ever tried to go down, God kept leading me back to the outdoor opportunities. I've always enjoyed getting outside and enjoying nature, whether it was hunting or fishing or trapping or simply just to hike through the woods for nothing else than to just clear your mind. I now take that same passion and help clients through different wildlife management services, and land sales.
