By working with us to sell your property, you keep 100% of your money local. With a large corporate company, a large sum of your money goes back into that corporation in another state and community. Keeping 100% of your dollars local helps pump more money directly into your local economy. When we make a sale, we give 5% of our commission profits back to the local community through organizations or charities such as the local church, a family in need, or another benefit that may be taking place in that community.
We have multiple options for you to sell your land. The first option is a traditional listing. This is where we determine a price and advertise through print and digital marketing. Maybe you don’t want the sale to be public knowledge? This is where we can agree to reach out to our buyer's database and put a deal together privately. You can also use a few different forms of an auction as well. The most common being a sealed bid type of sale, but live and online auctions are a possibility as well.

We work with state and federal programs to help with project funding. The funding availability changes from state to state and county to county, but some of the common areas we are able to get funding are tree plantings, cedar tree clearing, dam building, CRP, and Native Grassland plantings to name a few.
